Redpath is expanding operations at BHP's world-renowned Olympic Dam Mine , located 550km north-west of Adelaide. This site is one of the world's most significant deposits of copper, gold, and uranium — and we're looking for skilled Light Vehicle Fitters/Mechanics to be part of our growing team.

The Role

  • Roster: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off, 12-hour shifts
  • Location: Olympic Dam Mine, SA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform scheduled maintenance and breakdown repairs on light vehicles (Toyota, Isuzu, etc.)
  • Ensure all vehicles and equipment meet site and regulatory standards
  • Maintain accurate service records and work orders
  • Keep workshop areas clean, safe, and organised

What We're Looking For

  • Qualified Light Vehicle Mechanic
  • Proven underground mining experience with light vehicle equipment
  • Air conditioning licence (highly desirable)
  • Manual driver's licence
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
  • National Police Clearance (within last 6 months preferred)
  • Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain
