About the Position
We are seeking a Community Marketing Associate to
work collaboratively with
the Vibram Oceania Director to deliver agreed outcomes and initiatives.
ENGAGEMENT OVERVIEW
This role is offered as an
independent contractor engagement
. The successful candidate will operate as a self-employed contractor responsible for their own tax, superannuation, insurance, and statutory obligations.
SCOPE OF WORK
- Deliver brand and product training for retail partners
- Support consumer education initiatives to drive brand awareness
- Coordinate and assist with events and activations
- Contribute to strategic growth projects across Oceania
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in retail, training, or customer-facing roles
- Bachelor's degree in communications / marketing is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving ability.
- Proficient with Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Excel, etc.).
- Energetic, adaptable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Passion for athletic, outdoor, and lifestyle products.
EXPECTATIONS:
- Workload expected to be equivalent to full-time hours, subject to project requirements
- Flexibility in work location and schedule, as agreed
- Travel across Australia may be required (up to approximately 30%)
- Ability to support event setup, including handling materials up to 20kg
- Availability to support events, including outside standard business hours, as required by project needs
