We are currently seeking Baggage Handlers, who share our values of Safety & Security, Passion, Integrity, Reliability, Innovation and Teamwork.

Suitable candidates will be required to deliver a range of aircraft ramp services for our International Ramp operations based at the Adelaide Airport.

Available positions range from Baggage Handlers and Drivers.

This is a Casual position, you must have the motivation and flexibility to work on a 7 day/24 hour rotational shift roster.

Candidate requirements

  • Prior experience working in a similar role is desirable but not necessary.
  • Must be reliable and motivated to work.
  • Ability to work within a fast paced environment and ability to meet critical deadlines.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously.
  • Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 32kg.
  • Strong customer service focus.
  • Be fluent in spoken and written English with excellent communication skills.
  • Well presented.
  • Possess basic computer skills.
  • Must be willing to work in all weather conditions.
  • Must hold a current South Australian Drivers License.
  • Possess Australian citizenship or permanent residency.

Applicants will be required to undergo a National Police check, Airport security check and pre-employment medical including full drug & alcohol testing as part of the standard conditions of employment.

Safety, Security and Compliance

Carry out all ramp related activities (as above) as directed by the Company through its policies, procedures and training to ensure the success of the operation including the following:

  • Remain up to date with all station notices relating to policies and procedures
  • Remain up to date with all relevant operational training
  • Maintain a safe and secure working environment at all times
  • Comply with the Company's open, fair and honest reporting culture
