About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Installer to take on a crucial role in our field operations. Reporting to our Senior Installer, you will be the face of our company, responsible for the professional installation of a wide variety of internal and external window furnishings.
Traineeships are also available for the right candidates. If you have limited industry experience but possess a fantastic attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to learn a trade, we encourage you to apply. We believe in investing in people and will provide full training to develop your skills.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering variety, autonomy, and the chance to work on diverse projects across the Melbourne metropolitan area.
Key Responsibilities:
Professional installation of our complete product range, including:
Indoor: Blackout Blinds, Roller Blinds, Sheers & Curtains, Plantation Shutters & More
- Outdoor: Track Blinds, Folding Arm Awnings, Traditional Window Awnings, External Shutters & More
- Conducting precise on-site check-measures to ensure perfect fit and function.
- Providing exceptional customer service, including demonstrating product operation and ensuring client satisfaction upon job completion.
- Troubleshooting and resolving any installation challenges with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all WHS standards.
- Managing stock and tools required for daily installations.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will be a hands-on individual with a passion for quality work and a keen eye for detail. You are a natural problem-solver who takes pride in a job well done.
Skills & Experience:
- Essential: A full, valid Australian Driver's Licence.
- A meticulous eye for detail and commitment to a high-quality finish.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
- The ability to work autonomously and manage your time effectively.
- Physically capable and comfortable with manual handling and working off ladders.
- Proven installation experience is highly regarded, but not essential for trainees or applicants with proficient trade background & skills.
