Your Role: Site Veterinarian
As a Site Veterinarian, you will be part of Elanco's high-performing team of researchers and veterinary professionals, making a direct impact on animal health and welfare. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing veterinary care programs, ensuring compliance with animal welfare standards, and providing hands-on clinical expertise for both companion and farm animals.

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct veterinary care and oversight for onsite farm and companion animals.
• Perform veterinary and surgical procedures, and support daily animal health management.
• Lead and maintain animal health, welfare, and biosecurity programs.
• Train and mentor technical staff in animal care procedures and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support research and welfare standards.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

• Education: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent, eligible for registration as a veterinary practitioner in New South Wales.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of clinical experience with strong expertise in companion animal care (experience with livestock is a plus).
• Skills: Strong communication and collaboration abilities; proven animal welfare commitment.
