The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for an Integrated Management System Specialist to join Interflow and play a key role in shaping our organisation wide Integrated Management System (IMS). In this role, you'll work closely with teams across the business to streamline processes, connect systems, and embed Lean methodologies that drive efficiency and continuous improvement.

You'll Have The Chance To

  • Analyse and map end to end value streams, use Lean Principals to identify waste and opportunities to improve systems and processes
  • Support the design and implementation of the IMS framework to meet ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Integrate Safety, Sustainability and Quality procedures with operational and functional processes.
  • Collaborate with frontline crews, leaders, and cross-functional teams to co-design practical solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops that bring people together to streamline processes and enhance integration.
  • Create tools, training materials, and visual aids to support the change management process and long-term success of the IMS.
  • Contribute directly to Interflow's maturity journey, supporting operational excellence and strategic growth

You Will Bring

  • A degree in engineering, construction, quality, risk, or a related field
  • 5+ years' experience in process mapping, systems integration, & continuous improvement
  • Practical knowledge of Lean methodologies, with experience in tools like Value Stream Mapping, SIPOC, 5S (Lean Six Sigma Green Belt a plus)
  • Confidence using process documentation tools (e.g., Visio)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and drive change across teams
  • Understanding of ISO standards
