Join a dynamic and fast-paced government organisation undergoing significant transformation in its procurement and ERP systems. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-impact integration program that supports operational efficiency and commercial outcomes across a large and complex environment.

  • Develop solutions and temporary workarounds to optimise procurement functionality
  • Interpret and analyse specific transactions (e.g., requisitions, purchase orders) in relation to business process changes
  • Support the tracking of project deliverables and manage role description documentation
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including procurement teams, IT portfolio, and end users
  • Triage and manage high volumes of feedback, ensuring timely escalation to relevant SMEs
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for senior stakeholders
  • Work across four squads in a fast-paced, agile project environment

What you'll need to succeed

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent industry experience
  • Experience with ARIBA or similar procurement systems and ERP integration
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; PowerPoint experience highly regarded
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Familiarity with SAP systems and transport sector processes is desirable but not essential

What you'll get in return

Join a leading government agency, offering high impact project work on a contract with high visibility to extend.
