Love a role where you're on the go and making a difference behind the scenes? We're looking for a Casual Laundry Attendant to join our team, working across both Ashwood Motel and Galaxy Motel.

What's the job?
As a Laundry Attendant, you'll play a key role in maintaining the high standards our guests expect. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Sorting, washing, drying and folding all motel linen and towels
  • Operating commercial laundry equipment safely and efficiently
  • Checking for stains or damage and treating items as needed
  • Maintaining cleanliness in the laundry area
  • Stock rotation and storage of clean linen
  • Supporting the housekeeping team as needed during busy periods

The details:

  • Shifts start at 8:00am and most days you are out at 12pm
  • Mid-week availability is a must, with occasional weekend work required
  • Extra hours may be available during peak periods and leave coverage
  • You'll be working across both motels, so flexibility is important

Who we're looking for:

  • Someone reliable, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • This is a physically active role – you'll be on your feet and moving throughout your shift
  • Previous laundry or housekeeping experience is a bonus, but not essential – we'll provide training
