About the Role

We're looking for a skilled
Repair Centre Technician
to join our technical services team. This hands-on role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of electromechanical equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in a
repair centre
or
field service
environment and a strong technical aptitude for troubleshooting complex hardware.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair faults in a variety of devices, including:
  • ATMs
  • Self-Service Checkouts (e.g., Coles, Woolworths)
  • Poker Machines
  • Large Printers (Fujitsu, Toshiba, Canon, etc.)
  • Money Changing Machines
  • Parking Complex Ticket Payment Machines
  • Perform component-level repairs and part replacements
  • Conduct functional testing and quality assurance before redeployment
  • Maintain accurate service records and repair logs
  • Collaborate with field technicians and support teams to resolve recurring issues
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience:
  • Previous experience as a
    Repair Centre Technician
    or
    Field Technician
  • Hands-on exposure to the devices listed above
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
  • Familiarity with electromechanical systems and repair tools
  • Education (preferred):
  • Degree or diploma in
    Information Technology
