At IQS Solutions, we are a family business supplying safety gear signage and workwear. IQS Solutions has been built over 22 years serving industries across Queensland. Our commitment to providing quality products and exceptional customer service has earned us a loyal client base, and we're looking to expand our team in Mackay with a talented Sales Person.
As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for assisting the sales team with existing customers and building relationships with new customers, promoting our range of safety gear and workwear, and driving sales growth. If you're a motivated and results-driven sales professional with a passion for the safety industry, we'd love to hear from you
We promote face to face visits onsite so as you prove your ability in customer service, you will be given the option to travel to visit existing customers and open doors to new potential customers.
To win at this role, you will need the following skills:
- A positive mindset – positive, polite, energetic with a customer-first focus.
- Communication – being able to demonstrate an ability to communicate and follow-up with customers.
- Self Confidence – not afraid of cold calling and love the thrill of bringing in new customers.
- Organised – quick, flexible and have excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- Experience - a minimum of 2 years' experience in successful sales is preferred in business to business, external sales.
- Quick Learner - Ability to learn and retain information as there is a large product range.
Job requirements-
- Need to be available, Monday to Friday between 8am and 4pm.
- Hold a current Queensland Drivers Licence with a good driving record.
- Punctual, honest and reliable.
Enjoy talking to customers, as well as listening to their requirements.
Need to be well presented as you will be representing our company.
- Be able to communicate , face to face, by phone and by email.
