About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable, hard-working team player who is ready to take on a hands-on role with long-term potential.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Installing and removing insulation in residential properties
  • Manual handling, working in confined roof spaces, and using ladders
  • Representing our brand with professionalism and care
  • Opportunity to enter the Energy efficiency industry and Thermal imaging

No experience? No problem

Full training will be provided, along with the opportunity to earn a nationally accredited qualification in insulation installation.

Location:

This position is based in Wangara, WA.

Hours:

  • Weekday shifts, starting at 6:30am with varying finish times
  • This is a casual position, with potential to transition to full-time employment based on performance and business needs

  • Physically fit and comfortable working in tight roof spaces and at heights
  • A team player with a strong work ethic
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company

What You'll Need (if successful at interview):

  • White Card
  • Police clearance
  • Driver's licence
  • Proof of Australian work rights (e.g., birth certificate, passport, visa)
