Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor furniture and a knack for providing exceptional customer service. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers have a positive shopping experience. Must be able to work one day per weekend and two days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers, providing product information and recommendations based on their needs.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves.
  • Support merchandising efforts by setting up displays and arranging furniture to showcase our products effectively.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.

Qualifications:

  • Previous retail sales experience, preferably in the furniture or home decor industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Basic computer skills for processing sales.
  • A friendly and approachable demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
