About the role:
- The Pharmacist assists in the provision of a comprehensive clinical pharmacy service in accordance with the SHPA Standards of Practice for Clinical Pharmacy Services and supports medication safety practices and quality improvement initiatives in accordance with National Standard 4.
- The pharmacist is part of the multi-disciplinary team and is involved in the delivery of education and information to other health care professionals along with providing medicines information to patients and carers.

About You
Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Current AHPRA with the Pharmacy Board of Australia
- Experience and skills in clinical pharmacy with the ability to apply this knowledge to practical situations. Post registration hospital pharmacy experience or post graduate relevant qualification (or working towards) will be highly regarded.
- A commitment to client/patient care being delivered within professional, organisational, legal and ethical boundaries and reflects evidence-based practice and knowledge.
