Ready for a rewarding position working alongside a passionate and dedicated team? Look no further than Jamberoo Native Nursery (JNN). JNN is seeking a driven individual to take on the role of NURSERY HAND to assist with production and deliveries of plant stock.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the production of all plant stock for the retail, landscape and revegetation markets, which include potting, tubing and associated activities

  • Picking and dispatch of all stock outwards weekly.

  • Assist with plant deliveries throughout the Greater Sydney & Illawarra areas.

  • General routine maintenance and movement of plant stock.

Criteria:

  • Hold a valid manual MR driver's licence (highly desirable)

  • Demonstrate a genuine interest in plants and the environment.

  • While experience in nursery or greenlife is desirable, enthusiasm and a strong work ethic are key.

  • Maintain excellent health and fitness levels for outdoor work, pre-employment physical may be asked of candidate.

  • Possess a team-orientated mindset with effective communication skills.

  • Preferably possess an AQF3 Chemical Qualification or willing to obtain.
