Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Drill Fitter located in the Pilbara. The Drill Fitter will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of drill rigs and mining equipment, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing issues, conducting regular inspections, performing scheduled maintenance, and carrying out necessary repairs.

Qualifications

• Experience with maintenance and repair of drill rigs and mining equipment
• Proficiency in diagnosing mechanical issues and conducting inspections
• Skilled in performing scheduled maintenance and necessary repairs
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures
• Ability to work collaboratively with mechanical and support teams
• Relevant certifications and trade qualifications
• Experience in the mining or heavy industries is advantageous
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
