We have Diploma Educator opportunities across multiple sessional kindergartens in Wyndham City Council These break-cover roles are ideal for those seeking work–life balance and offer a fantastic opportunity to build experience in a sessional kindergarten environment.

Barayip Primary School Kindergarten: working 4 hours per week on a Tuesday and Thursday 12:00pm - 2:00pmHoppers Crossing Family Centre: working 12 hours per week on a Tuesday, Thursday 11:00am - 3:00pm and Monday, Wednesday 12:00 - 2:00pmTarneit Central Kindergarten: working 4 hours per week on a Monday and Wednesday 12:00pm - 2:00pmWimba Primary School Kindergarten: working 8 hours per week on a Monday and Tuesday 11:00am - 3:00pmAlamanda Kindergarten: working 2 hours per week on a Monday 11:00am - 2:00pm

About you

You're reflective, curious and purpose-led, with a deep commitment to making a difference. 
You're open to learning and understanding the unique needs of every child. 
You're a critical thinker and collaborative team member. 
You have a drive to grow and improve continually. 
You value kindness and respect. 
You have great knowledge of the child safe standards and early childhood regulations. 
You hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, a WWCC, mandatory reporting certificate, police check and a first aid certificate.

About the role

You'll create a supportive environment where children are safeguarded to learn and grow. 
You'll develop and implement engaging learning experiences based on the ECMS pedagogical framework. 
You'll build strong relationships with children, families, the community and colleagues. 
You'll actively participate in a culture of reflection and continuous improvement.
