What is the role?

We are looking for a dynamic Store Manager to join our team at our Adelaide store and take charge

This is a key leadership role at our Adelaide flagship store, combining large-format retail with a substantial warehouse operation.

You will lead a diverse team, oversee day-to-day store performance, and manage operations that support order fulfilment. This role is perfect for a commercially minded leader who thrives on scale, enjoys operational complexity, and wants to make a tangible impact on a strategic store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively and attentively takes ownership of overall store performance
• Drives sales, profit, controls costs to ensure the achievement of KPI's
• Ensures a customer centric culture, resulting in a warm, helpful, and exceptional customer experience
• Provides inspirational leadership and training to develop their team to deliver outstanding results
• Lead, coach and develop the retail sales team to achieve targets and build a high-performing team
• Develop and Implement strategies that can maximize both sales and customer service targets thereby driving store performance

• Adheres to all company behaviours, policies, and procedures

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager (large-format/multi-store) with a strong retail background, commercial acumen and passion for customer service.

You thrive in fast-moving environments and are confident managing complex operations across both retail and warehouse teams and have a strong leadership capability. You bring energy, resilience and a hands-on approach to everything you do - and you are ready to take the next step into retail leadership

• 5+ years retail management experience
• A reputation for your collaborative and approachable style and ability to deliver the results
• Demonstrated experience leading and coaching teams
• Ability to manage budgets, drive KPI's, ensure compliance, interpret/create reporting
• Honesty, integrity, and open communication
• A work ethic that is uncompromised, commitment to adding value and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
• As we are a furniture store, the role involves regular manual handling of products including lifting, carrying and moving items of varying sizes. Applicants must be physically capable of safely performing these tasks as part of their daily duties.
