We're hiring Green by Nature is currently seeking motivated individuals to join our growing teams across Southeast Queensland. If you're passionate about the outdoors, ready to work for a large and growing company, and are looking to take the next step in your career, we'd love to hear from you

We have a number of roles available throughout Southeast Queensland, such as:

  • Gardeners
  • Horticulturists
  • Mowing & Brushcutting Team Members
  • Greenkeepers
  • Tractor Operators
  • Team Leaders
  • Slashers
  • Apprentices
  • And many more

What We're Looking For

  • Prior experience within the industry, or within gardening, horticulture, landscaping, or grounds maintenance is desired— but not essential
  • Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all conditions
  • Great attitude and team mindset
  • White Card is Essential and Driver's Licence preferred
  • Willingness to obtain a National Police Check and Working with Children Check if required
