Your Role and Responsibilities:

This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same Your days will be compromised of:

Handle general sales and office duties, including email, quoting and phone correspondence. 

Assist with business administration tasks using XERO, JIMS, Excel, Gmail and Word.

Organize and manage filing, record-keeping, and order dispatching. Support various departments and contribute to team success. Work accurately and efficiently.

  • A highly organized individual who can work independently and prioritize tasks.
  • Someone eager to learn, with a proactive attitude and attention to detail.

Training Provided: Don't worry if you're unfamiliar with certain systems or processes; we'll set you up for success
