Senior Designer

The Role:

We're looking for a
Senior Designer
who can take a concept from spark to execution. You'll be responsible for creating and executing high-quality design concepts, maintaining brand continuity, and pushing creative standards across every touchpoint.

This is a hands-on role for someone with exceptional design skills, a commitment to craft, and an eye for detail – someone equally comfortable developing big ideas as they are bringing them to life with precision. It's perfect for a creative with strong technical expertise who's ready to step up, lead a design function, and become the agency's subject matter expert on all things visual and creative craft.

As part of our
Integrated Marketing team
, you'll help shape the creative heartbeat of the agency: mentoring a Junior Designer and collaborating across account, strategy, and external production agencies to deliver bold work that inspires action.

Key responsibilities:

• Ideation and design execution – Translate ideas into high-quality creative outputs across a range of formats: social-first content, video/motion assets, website designs, campaign collateral, client presentations, pitch decks, and brand identity guidelines.
• Mentorship and leadership – Provide direct line management to a Junior Designer, guiding and uplifting their growth through constructive feedback, clear KPIs, and ongoing support that sharpens both thinking and craft.
• Cross-team collaboration – Partner with strategy, leads across our consumer, health, technology and corporate clients), to bring ideas to life that are both imaginative and effective.
• Creative process – Have a strong understanding of the creative process from brief through production, ensuring smooth handover and quality at every stage.
• Design team management: Maintain the agency's standards of creative excellence and timeliness by effectively managing workloads, deadlines, and production requirements with freelancers and production agencies.
• Organisation and systems – Organise and maintain design files and master assets as needed, ensuring accessibility and consistency across projects.
• Brand guardianship – Ensure the work not only looks great but aligns with client brand worlds. Ensure visual consistency across all outputs, while knowing when to push creative boundaries.
• Innovation – Stay plugged into design and cultural trends, and apply them to deliver work that feels fresh and relevant.

You're someone who has:

• 5+ years' creative/design experience in an agency or fast-paced creative environment
• A portfolio that demonstrates both conceptual campaigns and hands-on design craft
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and After Effects or motion skills.
• A strong understanding of print, production, and artwork processes, ensuring creative ideas are delivered seamlessly from concept to final execution.
• Great storytelling skills – from developing a big idea to translating it into scroll-stopping executions.
• The ability to present work clearly and persuasively to both internal teams and clients.
• A self-starter attitude, balancing multiple projects with focus and calm.
• Deep passion for culture, content, and the way brands show up to integrate across the full digital and communications ecosystem
