About the role

Truflow Spray Booths (Truflow Maintenance Services Division) is looking for a Storeman Dispatch person to join our team in Keysborough, VIC. This is a full-time position that will be responsible for the efficient and accurate dispatch of spare parts and filter products. Working closely with the service team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition.

What you'll be doing

  1. Cutting and packing filter media & picking parts for dispatch
  2. Booking couriers and processing daily jobs
  3. Maintaining and managing stock for the Keysborough Service division factory
  4. Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels
  5. Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
  6. Ensuring all products are packaged and labelled correctly
  7. Liaising with customers and logistics providers to manage deliveries
  8. Assisting with general warehousing duties as required
  9. On occasion, jumping in as an allrounder to assist service maintenance teams when staff shortages occur for site works.

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a similar storeman or dispatch role, ideally within the manufacturing or logistics industry
  2. Strong organisational and time management skills
  3. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  4. Proficient in the use of warehouse management systems and inventory tracking
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Forklift licence (desirable)
