2x Formwork Chippies – Perth Metro (Salter Point Project)

$45/hr + penalties + allowances | 10hr days | 4–5 months work (possible perm)

We're seeking 2x experienced Formwork Chippies to join a civil construction crew on the Salter Point Construction Project. This role offers immediate starts, great site culture, and consistent hours with the potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.

About the Role

You'll be working across a variety of concrete and structural tasks including:

  • Retaining walls

  • Columns

  • Stairs

  • Suspended slabs

What We're Looking For

  • Proven formwork / civil construction experience (mining experience okay)

  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions

  • White Card essential

  • Own tools (battery drill & basic hand tools)

  • Own PPE – long pants, long sleeves, boots

  • Physically fit and reliable

  • Must have experience with retaining walls, columns, stairs, and slabs

  • Operator tickets highly regarded

Perks & Pay

  • $45/hr + penalties + allowances

  • Weekly earning potential: ~$2,738.40

  • Meal allowance: $19 (after 1.5hrs OT)

  • Travel allowance: $21.94 daily

  • Industry allowance: $64.10 weekly

  • Tool allowance: $39.60 weekly

Start Date: Immediate

Location: Perth Metro – Salter Point

Hours: 10-hour days, Monday to Friday
