At TALY, we're on a mission to solve the engagement problem at work.
Right now, fewer than one in four people feel engaged in their jobs. Engagement isn't a program or a survey - it's a feeling between you, your team, and your leader that makes you feel locked in, aligned, and energised.
And that feeling starts with understanding.
We built AskTALY AI to give leaders the insights they need to really understand their people - quick, affordable, and actionable personality data delivered right when they need it.
We launched less than six months ago and already have clients in four countries. We're ready to put a fire under this - and that's where you come in.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a Client Experience & Success Partner to help turn founder-led momentum into a repeatable, scalable growth engine.
You'll sit at the heart of TALY's story - the bridge between curiosity and conversion, helping leaders see what's possible when people feel truly understood.
This isn't about hard sales - it's about energy, trust, and connection. You'll help create the rhythm that keeps our clients engaged, our systems smart, and our growth human.
What You'll Do
- Run engaging demos and thoughtful follow-ups that make leaders excited to work with TALY.
- Build relationships that feel personal, consistent, and valuable.
- Design and test scalable systems for client engagement, with a curious eye for automation and AI.
- Represent TALY with warmth and intelligence - online and in person.
- Collaborate closely with the founder to shape how we show up to the world.
About You
- You've likely worked in SaaS, HRTech, or customer success.
- You're a natural communicator - curious, calm, and energising.
- You think in systems and love making things smoother and smarter.
- You're emotionally intelligent and confident with senior stakeholders.
- You thrive in early-stage environments where you can shape how things grow.
