Are you passionate about working outdoors, learning hands-on skills, and playing a part in producing premium turf for landscapes, sports fields, and homes? Join our dedicated team on the stunning South Coast of NSW as a Greenkeeping Apprentice

About the Role:

As a Greenkeeping Apprentice, you'll be trained in all aspects of turf management and production on a working turf farm. This is a full-time, paid apprenticeship where you will earn while you learn, working alongside experienced professionals and gaining your Certificate III in Sports Turf Management.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Preparing and maintaining turf to high industry standards
  • Operating mowers, tractors, irrigation systems, and other turf machinery
  • Monitoring plant health and learning weed, pest and disease control
  • Assisting with turf harvesting and delivery preparation
  • Supporting day-to-day farm maintenance and operations

What We're Looking For:

  • A genuine interest in horticulture, sports turf, or agriculture
  • Willingness to learn, work hard and get your hands dirty
  • Good physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in all weather
  • A team player with a positive attitude
  • Driver's licence (or working towards it) is highly desirable
