Asset Fitness is a dynamic and community-driven gym committed to helping members achieve their fitness goals in a supportive environment. We're looking for a motivated Personal Trainer / Business Operations Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in both training and business growth.

This is not just another PT role – it's an opportunity to grow with the business, step into leadership responsibilities, and be part of an exciting long-term vision.

The Role

You'll start with a balance of personal training, gym operations, and member engagement, while supporting the day-to-day running of the business. As the business owner transitions back from parental leave, this role will evolve into a more senior position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver personal training sessions.
  • Engage new members through tours, lead generation, and outreach.
  • Support member retention by providing advice, motivation, and progression tracking.
  • Open the gym in the mornings and ensure it's ready for members.
  • Assist with general admin (emails, bookings, enquiries, data entry).

About You

  • Certificate III & IV in Fitness (or equivalent).
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive, reliable, and passionate about fitness.
  • Previous PT, sales, or gym operations experience (highly regarded).
