In the role of Associate Director, you will join the Client Management & Execution team that's doubling down on customer obsession and moving with speed.

Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:

• Lead strategic planning and execution for Corporate & Institutional clients (Diversified Industrials, Agriculture, Retail)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with major corporate and institutional stakeholders
• Proactively drive strategies to maximise returns on deployed capital and optimise resource allocation to deliver sustainable business growth
• Support Client Coverage in delivering sector revenue, RoE, and expense targets by driving portfolio growth initiatives, optimizing low-return relationships, and accelerating revenue generation
• Ensure strict compliance with policies, processes, and procedures by operating within defined risk parameters and formally escalating exceptions to relevant stakeholders
• Oversee portfolio management activities, including administration, facility documentation monitoring, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity across systems
• Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional client experience.

• A strong understanding of commercial business practices and their application to a transaction
• Advanced analytical/numerate skills and attention to detail with regards to the customer request/borrowing purpose, risk assessment, financial modelling/analysis and documentation knowledge
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to navigate competitive markets
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Sound knowledge of Australian and global financial markets, and expertise in the applicable regulatory environments
• Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Business, or related discipline.
