About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Roofing Tradesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a variety of trades and be able to perform a range of tasks related to construction, maintenance, and repair. The Tradesperson will work independently or as part of a team to complete projects on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete all site inductions in line with company and client requirements
  • Attend daily pre-start meetings and actively participate in discussions
  • Clock in/out daily and upload site photos for management review
  • Follow structured work processes and maintain safety and quality standards
  • Measure, cut, and install roofing sheets, wall cladding, gutters, and downpipes
  • Carry out flashing installations, penetrations, and repairs as required
  • Read and interpret site drawings and project scopes
  • Communicate effectively with the Site Supervisor regarding progress and materials
  • Use internal CRM systems for daily reporting and documentation
  • Maintain all required tools, licenses, and tickets to perform trade duties

Required Skills & Attributes:

  • Certificate III in Roof Plumbing or Carpentry (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial or industrial roofing and cladding
  • Current White Card and High-Risk Work tickets
  • Strong plan and scope interpretation skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork
  • High commitment to safety and quality
  • Reliable, punctual, and proactive with a strong work ethic
  • Basic understanding of (or willingness to learn) internal CRM systems
