We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Support Worker to join our team in the Flagstone area. This role requires flexibility, compassion, and the ability to provide high-quality support to clients in their daily activities.

Key Requirements:

  • Must hold a current driver's licence and have a reliable car.
  • Must be located close to Flagstone, QLD.
  • Ability to start immediately.
  • Relevant training and/or qualifications in disability, aged care, or community services.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check / Disability Worker Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
  • Current Working With Children Check (Blue Card) and First Aid/CPR certification.
  • Flexibility, as working days may vary depending on client needs.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive pay rate: $37 – $45 per hour (depending on experience).
  • Travel allowance of $0.70 per kilometre.

About the Role:

As a Support Worker, you will be assisting clients with their individual needs, which may include personal care, community access, and general daily living support. This role is ideal for someone with a caring nature, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
