Labourly, a Gold Coast based Labour Hire company that is dedicated to revolutionising the Labour Hire experience for our clients is currently seeking reliable motivated General Labourer to join our team in Gold Coast.

Our labourers are defined by their strong communication, willingness to present well, and their strong work ethic. Please apply if you fit this criteria.

General Description:

This role involves working across a variety of industries, including building, civil construction, landscaping, warehousing, and more. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general labouring tasks as required across various sites and industries.
  • Assist with building, construction, landscaping, and warehousing projects.
  • Operate and maintain basic power tools and equipment.
  • Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with team members.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Complete tasks efficiently and to a high standard.

Role Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 months of labouring experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to use basic power tools.
  • Reliable transportation (own car is a prerequisite for this role).
  • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
  • Capacity to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks.
  • Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour tasks.
