Our client, a well-established disability service provider based in Indooroopilly, is seeking an organised and reliable Administration Assistant to join their friendly team. This role offers full-time hours with the potential to transition from temporary to permanent employment for the right person.

About the Role

This is a varied position where you'll support both operational and administrative functions across the organisation. You'll play a key role in keeping systems accurate, assisting Service Delivery Managers, and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing payroll within Visual Care (CRM) and Xero.
  • Populating and maintaining employee profiles across CRM/Xero systems, including closing approved profiles for departing employees.
  • Generating invoices for services provided and following up on unpaid invoices (procedural, non-confrontational).
  • Performing general administrative duties such as answering calls, managing enquiries, and providing office support.
  • Assisting Service Delivery Managers in scheduling support workers for care rosters.
  • Managing the Admin email inbox efficiently and professionally.
  • Delivering consumables to Supported Independent Living (SIL) houses on an ad-hoc basis.

About You

You're proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities. You bring strong administrative experience, ideally within community or disability services, and have strong IT skills.

You will also have:

  • Proven experience in administration.
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and team-oriented mindset.
  • A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle (for occasional deliveries).
  • Availability to start immediately.
