Job Title: Technology Architect.

Location: Onsite – Sydney.

This role requires a strong combination of technical proficiency, business understanding, and data analytical capabilities. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in data analysis, data modelling, and a solid grasp of data warehousing concepts and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:


• Design and implement end-to-end architecture for both on-premises and Azure cloud environments.


• Demonstrated experience in data migration and data modelling activities.


• Hands-on expertise in data governance, data management, archiving and retrieval, data warehousing, and data security practices.


• Lead the technical delivery of new data integration initiatives from analysis through to deployment, ensuring scalable and high-performance outcomes.


• Analyse and assess existing data warehouse architecture, including source systems, ETL processes, and data flow diagrams.


• Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including data architecture, data dictionaries, and metadata records.


• Keep up to date with emerging trends and technologies in data analytics and warehousing.

Requirements:


• 10+ years of experience in a Technology Architect role.


• Strong SQL Server expertise and deep knowledge of database systems.

Mandatory Skills:


• Technologies: SQL, SSIS, Informatica, Big Data technologies


• Databases: SQL Server, Oracle


• Reporting Tools: Power BI


• Expertise: ETL processes, data mapping, and data warehousing concepts
