As the face of our brand, you'll lead a dynamic team, drive sales, and ensure our Sydney Myer concession store delivers an exceptional customer experience. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing brand and play a key role in the success of our new store launch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Drive sales and achieve targets through merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement.
  • Maintain stock levels, manage inventory, and ensure attractive product displays.
  • Create a positive, engaging, and high-energy work environment.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and compliance with company policies.

About You:

  • Previous retail management experience, ideally within a Myer concession or similar retail environment.
  • Passionate about country lifestyle and products, with a desire to develop deep product knowledge.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Comfortable with technology including POS systems and basic business software.
  • Energetic, proactive, and confident engaging with customers and the community.
  • Flexible to work a rotating roster, including weekends.
  • Legally entitled to work in Australia.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations and experience with POS systems.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with customers, team members, and management.
  • Experience using social media to promote products and connect with the community is a plus.
