About the opportunity:

At Mercy Health, each moment, no matter how small, truly matters - and as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse, you'll help create cherished moments and better health outcomes for residents each day.

  • Support person-centred care by respecting individual preferences, values, and cultural backgrounds.

  • Follow organisational policies and procedures that align with quality standards.

  • Participate in continuous improvement activities and audits.

  • Report risks, incidents, and contribute to a safe care environment.

  • Collaborate with RNs, GPs, and allied health professionals to ensure holistic care.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.

  • Administer medications safely and accurately.

  • Conduct clinical assessments and escalate concerns appropriately.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation.

  • Support residents with nutrition and hydration needs.

  • Support residents' rights to privacy, dignity, and independence.

What you'll bring:

You're resilient, compassionate and have a whole lot of heart. Most importantly, you are committed to delivering exceptional patient-centred care.

  • Current EEN registration with AHPRA

  • Experience in aged care preferred but not required.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Compassionate and patient-focused approach.

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:

  • A current Police Record Check
