THE OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for an experienced lash extension artist who values calm energy, consistent clients, and a no-drama environment. You'll be joining a growing team committed to high standards, beautiful results, and clear systems, no chaos, no guessing.

This is a part-time role with evening availability required, and no weekend work, ever.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Confident in lash extensions (Minimum classic full sets)
  • Calm, client-focused, and detail-oriented
  • Loves structure, teamwork, and maintaining a clean station
  • Wants stable hours with room to grow
  • Available 2–3 late shifts per week (Mon, Thurs, Fri)

WHO THIS IS NOT FOR

  • Freelancers looking for flexibility but no structure
  • Technicians not available for evenings
  • Anyone who doesn't value client comfort, hygiene, or protocols
  • Staff who expect everything to be fully built before contributing — this is a growing business and a team effort

SERVICE SCOPE

  • Lash extensions (must-have skill)
  • Brow dye, waxing, lamination (can be trained over time)
  • Consultations + rebooking support
  • Educating clients on aftercare and long-term maintenance
