About the role

As an Enrolled Nurse with Pop Up Health, you'll play a key role in coordinating and supporting in-home care for NDIS, DVA, Private and Brokerage clients. Working closely with a team of Enrolled Nurses who are supervised by Clinical Registered Nurses, you'll use your clinical knowledge to deliver safe, holistic and client-centred care.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating care plans and supporting client onboarding
• Providing clinical advice within your scope and guidance to field nurses
• Supporting case management using our Sandwai software
• Monitoring referrals, feedback, incidents and escalations
• Maintaining wound care supplies and consumables

What we're looking for

• 3–5 years' experience as an Enrolled Nurse (community nursing desirable)
• Background in risk assessment skills within the scope of an Enrolled Nurse
• Competence in recognising client deterioration and implementing strategies
• Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively

Requirements

• Diploma of Nursing certificate with current AHPRA Registration
• National Police Clearance & DHS Clearances (NDIS, WWCC)
• Current First Aid, CPR and Manual Handling certifications
• Current Driver's Licence
