Job Description

We are seeking a professional and organised Corporate Crew member to join our dynamic team in Civc. As a vital part of our corporate support staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office environment and assisting various departments with administrative tasks.

  • Provide general administrative support to multiple departments, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organising travel arrangements
  • Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate staff members or meeting rooms
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organised office environment, ensuring supplies are stocked and equipment is in working order
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
  • Support the planning and execution of corporate events and meetings
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline office procedures and improve efficiency
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in company databases
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required); Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
  • Previous experience in a corporate environment (preferred)
  • Customer service experience (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional demeanour and positive attitude
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines
