About Beenleigh Montessori Early Learning Centre

Owned and operated by a passionate team with over 30 years of childcare experience, Beenleigh Montessori is a full service, purpose-built child care centre located in Beenleigh, Brisbane.

We offer families a high quality early learning program for children aged 15 months to 5 years, as well as before and after school care and vacation programs.

Our centre features is a smaller, home-like setting with three spacious, bright early learning rooms, beautiful age-specific resources and as well as an inviting outdoor area for children to explore and enjoy. You can view more photos of our centre and the team on our web page - .

We are excited to welcome a new Part Time School care Educator into our supportive and friendly team. This is an opportunity for the right candidate to become part of the regular staff in a part-time position.

Qualifications and requirements

  • Holding or studying towards a Certificate III in Children's Services. New graduates or currently studying Educators are encouraged to apply;
  • Working with Children Check (QLD);
  • Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certificate/s (ACECQA Approved);
  • Knowledge of the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines (QKLG), Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS);
  • Good oral and written communication skills;
  • Fantastic at building a rapport with families and children;
  • Willingness to learn about the organisation and work within the philosophy of the Beenleigh Montessori Centre.

Candidates must be available to work from 6:15 am to 9:15am and 2pm to 6:15pm Monday to Friday (during school terms) with an additional $30.00 per day split shift allowance. During school holidays, a standard continuous shift will apply.
