Join us at  Figtree Dental , where we are dedicated to providing exceptional care to our community We're looking for a friendly, motivated Dental Assistant to help us create a seamless and welcoming experience for our patients.

About the Role:

  • Answer phone inquiries and manage appointment bookings.
  • Handle accounts and payments using EFTPOS & HiCaps.
  • Prepare patients and treatment rooms for dental procedures.
  • Sterilise instruments and uphold infection control standards.
  • Assist with patient care and build lasting relationships.

About You:

  • 1+ years' experience in the dental industry (preferred but not essential).
  • Knowledge of Dental 4 window is a bonus.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Energetic, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A caring, friendly personality that makes patients feel at ease.
