THE COMPANY

Proudly Australian, in its now 45th year, Pirtek specialises in the mobile "onsite" service and replacement of hydraulic and industrial hose and fittings.

We are experiencing continued growth and are looking for an enthusiastic person who takes pride in their work to join our team as a Mobile Service Technician. THE ROLE

As a Mobile Service Technician you will be expected to deliver consistent, accurate, high quality service to your customers. You will become a passionate and energetic team member with excellent skills in communication. The job will challenge you to provide solutions and build relationships with a varying range of customers across many different industries.

As part of the position you will need to be available to participate in a 24 hour on call roster split between the other technicians. You will also be responsible for developing, building and maintaining relationships with your group of key customers, both new and existing.

ABOUT YOU

To be considered for this position you will have:

Valid work authorisation to work in Australia is required for this position.

  • Ideally a mechanical trade or equivalent experience
  • An underlying level of urgency balanced with strict attention to detail
  • The ability to think on your feet and solve problems under pressure
  • Good numeracy, verbal and written skills
  • A current Driver's Licence (MR preferable but not essential)
  • Some flexibility in working hours as after hours availability is a pre-requisite for mobile service work.
