Initial Services, a family-owned Demolition and Asbestos Removal company, is expanding our team Our scope of works includes strip-outs, structural modifications, façade retention/heritage work, multi-level building demolition, and both Friable and Non-friable asbestos removal. We also have a current building project on, building a new corporate office building and workshop. Our other business is a skip bin hire and waste recycling business, which also requires labouring in our recycling yard.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, reliable person to join our team across many different aspects. Knowledge and experience in building, construction or carpentry would be extremely useful as well as any experience operating equipment, machinery, hand tools & power tools. This person will be assisting with framing and building the new corporate office and warehouse so experience in this area is essential - although qualifications are not required.

This job is labour intensive and suitable for people willing to work hard and get dirty.

Experience working with asbestos would also be beneficial but not essential and is not necessarily part of this role but could be in the future if suitable.
