Job Description

  • Development of detailed programs in line with the scope of works, as well as estimate.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports including cost, EV / PV / PF performance and detailed insights as to project performance.
  • Work with the site teams to ensure that resources are available in accordance with the resource plan.
  • Assist with the maximization of plant, equipment and labour utilization in conjunction with the Site Manager.
  • Assist with implementation of systems, controls and training to ensure labour productivity is within budget.
  • Develop 4d plans, utilising Synchro technology.
  • Develop reporting utilising Power BI software.
  • Presenting schedule analysis to internal and external stakeholders as required.
  • Analysing deviations and proposed variations to evaluate impact on the project time-frame and resource requirements .
  • Ability to analyse cost estimates and challenge labour productivities, rate allocation and provide cost savings.

To be successful for this role you will have:

  • A degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
  • At least 5 years' experience in construction.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a planning role.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Project.
  • Advanced knowledge of Primavera.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Advanced knowledge of Navisworks and other 3d systems / software.
  • Excellent technical writing skills.
