Take on big challenges and grow, through mentorship, collaboration and empowerment.  Thiess is the place to make things happen.What you'll doThis role will work closely with the Finance Lead and stakeholders across Thiess, MACA, and PYBAR to support reconciliations, reporting, and process alignment during and after the migration.You'll be involved in GL and balance sheet reconciliations, journal development, EOM tool design, and training support. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys solving complex financial and systems challenges.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport GL and balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and EOM process tools.Collaborate with finance and operational teams to align processes and ensure data integrity.Assist in developing financial reports, testing dashboards, and validating data migration.Contribute to training, documentation, and post-go-live support for MACA and PYBAR teams.What You'll Need to SucceedYou are a finance professional with strong analytical skills and ERP experience, ready to contribute to a high-impact transformation project. You bring a collaborative mindset, technical proficiency, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
