THE OPPORTUNITY

If you are a Dentist driven to add tremendous value to the community while working in a very busy, high-tech, high-end environment, this is it.

Every dentist and hygienist within the practice is currently booked out weeks to months in advance.

You'll walk into full books and a warm, engaging environment where you'll receive full clinical autonomy serving patients who have an 85-90% acceptance rate for big cases.

We are hiring for a state-of-the-art 5-chair practice surrounded by beaches in beautiful Coffs Harbour which is only 2 hours south of Byron Bay, 3 hours south of the Gold Coast, 4 hours south of Brisbane and 5 hours north of Sydney as well as providing daily direct flights to Sydney and Brisbane.

This is an opportunity for you to step into a warm, cohesive environment, acclimatise yourself and then eventually step into a leadership position - taking the reins of the practice, leading from the front, shaping the culture and growing and developing the team.

This is a full-time opportunity for 4 or 5 days a week.

This practice offers a unique opportunity clinically and monetary, it's also very well set up, that dentists from Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne, Australia have moved and settled here.

• Work in a stunning modern practice setting where there are processes, procedures and systems all in place so that you don't need to worry about anything other than the clinical side and serving your patients;
• Access to a fully equipped practice with high-end supplies, materials, and equipment, including CBCT, CEREC, microscopes, rotary endo, surgical and implant kits.

Coffs Harbour is a beautiful coastal city easily accessible to Sydney and Brisbane with Byron Bay and the Gold Cast just up the road. It boasts pristine beaches and rainforests and is family-friendly with high-quality schools and healthcare facilities.

This is a top location to balance lifestyle and career.

Very importantly, there is a population of ~80k people and only ~25 dental practices, so the patient-to-dentist ratio is huge, with lots of low-hanging fruit and the opportunity to see more patients.

ABOUT YOU

• You are a Dentist with at least 4+ years of Australian experience.
• You're a patient-centric clinician, excellent communicator, and relationship-builder;
• Be a people person and make an impact on the community
• You are experienced in Invisalign/clear aligners and/or implant placements (if not implant placements, you've done courses and ready to implement, or you have extensive experience with implant restorations)
• You prioritise patient education and providing quality care
• You are a team player, you like working in collaborative environments where cases can be discussed amongst peers
• You have a friendly chairside manner and have the ability to communicate well and make anyone feel comfortable
• You are a team player flexible with your schedule and willing to help out where needed.
• You have AHPRA registration without conditions
• You hold current professional indemnity insurance
• You have a growth mindset and are always open to improvement and learning new things
