About the Role:

You'll be the smiling face at the front: serving customers, keeping shelves stock with loads of stock, things tidy and making sure everyone feels welcome.

Your day-to-day includes:

  • Greeting and serving customers
  • Operating the POS and handling payments
  • Coffee and food running
  • Hitting your weekly sales goals
  • Keeping front-of-house spotless and full of stock to sell
  • Helping with simple baking prep
  • 9.00am to 4.30pm Tuesday to Saturday

We're Looking For:

  • A warm, positive personality and love for customer service
  • Previous café, retail, or hospitality experience
  • Reliable, energetic and ready to pitch in wherever needed
  • Smiles essential
  • Exceptional and immaculately groomed in your personal presentation
  • Bonus points if you're sales- reward initiative
