We are excited to announce the opening of a brand-new McDonald's restaurant in Thurgoona and are looking for enthusiastic, motivated and experienced McDonalds Managers to join our opening team.

Lyster Inc is a proud McDonald's franchise organisation operating 10 restaurants across the Goulburn Valley and North East of Victoria. With the launch of Thurgoona, we are building a strong, customer-focused team to deliver outstanding results and support the growth of our people.

About the Role

We are seeking Managers of all experience levels – from Shift Managers through to Restaurant Managers – who bring leadership experience, people skills, and a drive to succeed.

As a McDonald's Manager, you will:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences every day.
  • Oversee operations, including staff management, rostering, training, and compliance.
  • Drive business performance and contribute to the growth of a brand-new restaurant.
  • Create a positive and safe work environment where people can thrive.
  • Maintain WH&S standards and cleanliness within the restaurant.
  • Ensure security is strictly adhered to at all times.
About You

We are looking for leaders who are:

  • Experienced in management, ideally within McDonald's or another fast-paced hospitality/retail environment.
  • Passionate about people development and team success.
  • Strong communicators with excellent organisational skills.
  • Results-driven and committed to operational excellence.
