Paradise Resort Gold Coast located in the heart of Surfers Paradise is looking for energetic and passionate Kids Club Attendants.

  • Casual position with shifts rostered on an on-call basis.
  • This role would suit a candidate who is flexible with days, hours and being contacted for shifts when needed.
  • Get paid to have fun in a cruise ship on land experience

You will be responsible for providing a variety of activities for children aged 0 to 12 years, whilst working in a safe and fun atmosphere across the Junior and Zone 4 Kids areas.

Shift availability will need to align with our Kids Club session times:

  • 10:00am - 1:00pm
  • 2:00pm - 5:00pm
  • 5:30pm - 8:30pm

Kids Club Attendants are required to:

  • Set up and run a wide range of kid friendly activities; to be comfortable with running games with a large number of kids.
  • Be effective in communicating with children; to use appropriate language and tone.
  • Ensure security of the facility and children at all times.
  • Assist in developing programs and activities and providing suggestions to improve them.
  • Provide magical and lasting memories for the children.

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience working with children (desired)
  • Have a flexible availability; able to work days, nights, weekends and Public Holidays.
  • Hold a current Apply First Aid and CPR Certificate (required).
  • Hold a current Paid Queensland Blue Card (required)
