Location: Brisbane

Stalks and Stems is a premier floral store in Woolloongabba, Brisbane. We're looking for experienced, passionate, upbeat and creative florists to join our buzzing team

About You: You're someone who:

  • Has 2+ years retail floristry experience (essential), holds a Certificate in Floristry
  • Is compassionate, a true team player, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Is passionate about floristry and has an eye for detail, creative and adapt to the Stalks and Stems brand and floral style
  • Communicates clearly and provides warm, polished customer service – in person and over the phone
  • Reliable, flexible and willing to work some weekends.
  • Confident in all aspects of floristry design and can design beautifully at any budget .

Day-to-Day Tasks Include:

  • Getting involved in everything – from daily orders to floor stock, corporate work, sales, phones, cleaning, weddings and more
  • Handling, unloading,conditioning fresh flowers and prepping materials.
  • Assembling hand-tied posies and hampers for online,in person and pick up orders
  • Ensuring the workspace is clean and beautifully organised
  • Floral Styling and Wrapping blooms with care and consistency
