Darwin Northern Territory Australia ACET Migration Full time $80,000 - $120,000 per year

• Ensure WHS is maintained at all times• Supervise site based projects including monitoring ofsubcontractor procurement in accordance with the projects schedule• Identification of potential practical cost saving designsolutions for review with Site Manager• Check designs and details on plans, any ambiguity to befollowed up and resolved with Site Manager• Monitor and manage project deliverables in accordance withthe project schedule and liaise with Site Manager• Keep records relating to and maintain contact andcommunication with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and localauthorities• Assist and provide input with project staff in theassessment and selection of subcontractors relative to the market• Coordinate subcontractor planning to ensure adherence toproject objectives• Material procurement in accordance with the projectspurchasing procedure and limits of authority• Assess plant and labour resource requirements for the projectand communicate recommendations to Site Manager• Manage and verify site setout and survey, including theestablishment of adequate controls and recovery datum • Develop processes fordeficient areas as work progresses• Provide leadership and direction to site personnelensuring project team works efficiently and effectively, with team memberscovering roles in other jobs when necessary• Foster, lead and promote good project culture presenting acollaborative environment of high morale• Supervise project staff and subcontractors• Ensure site offices, amenities and storage buildings aremaintained in a clean and tidy condition• Ensure that all company policies and practices areimplemented as written• In undertaking your role you must maintain the ability toaccess the project work site either permanently or at intervals required by theproject as mandated by the Director's• Promote the company's image at all times• To stay abreast of Corporate, Legislative and Statutoryrequirements applicable to your role Requirements• Minimum of 5 years in the construction industryMinimum level of knowledge/skills/training required to carryout the job:• Nationally Recognised Construction Induction• Recognised Degree of Minimum of 3 years in estimating,administration and project management  orother relevant qualification o Or other relevant industry experience• Sound knowledge of construction / civil materials andmethods• Project programming experience• Excellent time management, resource management andplanning skills• First Aid• Fire Warden & Extinguisher Training• Drivers Licence Benefits Employer sponsored visa
