We're seeking a freelance Social Media & Client Account Manager - a socials guru who lives and breathes TikTok, Instagram and emerging trends.

As a contractor, you'll collaborate with our team to manage client accounts, create and coordinate engaging content, and help brands shine online. You'll work remotely, with the flexibility to manage your own hours and attend in-person client shoots or meetings as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships for your project.
• Oversee client social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) in line with each brand's strategy.
• Stay across daily trends and translate them into on-brand, high-performing content ideas.
• Coordinate and/or create high quality short-form content (TikToks, Reels, story concepts).
• Plan and review content calendars and campaign deliverables.
• Track the performance of your project, prepare reports and suggest optimisations.
• Attend client meetings and shoots (travel within the Southern Highlands or nearby areas).

Ideal Contractor Profile

• Experience managing social media or client accounts (agency or freelance experience ideal).
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and content trends.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and client management skills.
• Confident briefing, coordinating or creating video content (basic filming/editing a plus).
• Self-motivated, reliable, and confident working independently.
• Based in or near the Southern Highlands (or elsewhere in Australia with ability to travel occasionally).
• Must have an ABN and be able to invoice for services provided.
