We are seeking a talented People & Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic engineering team as part of our HR, People & Operations function. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our teams nationally from our Collins Street office in Melbourne.
Reporting to the Head of HR, People & Operations, you'll bring varied skills and a genuine passion for people. You're thriving to be part of a nimble team, ready to make a real difference.
Working with key stakeholders across employee experience, operations, and people functions, you are a high-level support professional with outstanding interpersonal skills, a strategic approach, an unwavering commitment to excellence, and a client-centric mindset. You thrive in variety and are ready to take on a role and make it your own.
About You
Essential Experience & Skills:
- 8+ years' experience in professional services, ideally in engineering.
- Experience supporting teams across multiple locations.
- Proficiency in latest technology including Microsoft Suite (Office, OneDrive, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience with Synergy platform, desirable.
- Proven organisation and time management skills.
- Intelligent and articulate verbal and written communication skills.
- A keen eye for detail with strong analytical abilities.

- Previous experience in building services, architecture, or construction.
Role Specifics
You'll be responsible for a diverse range of activities including:
- Quality Management Coordination and internal audits for QMS.
- Coordination of key People & Operations metrics.
- Supporting people initiatives across the organisation.
- Data analysis and reporting.
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition (experience or eagerness to learn essential).
- Coordination of Graduate Recruitment & Graduate Program.
- Onboarding new team members, setting them up for success.
- Supporting our True Partners vision through engagement, recognition and wellbeing initiatives.
